The 4th International Webinar on Urban Water Management, organized by ASEM Water and co-organized by HWP took place on 26-27 November 2020. The conference was addressed by HWP President Károly Kovács, who is also the Vice-Chairman of the ASEM Water Science and Development Committee and represented the European Water Association as well. Mr. Kovács chaired the first section of the conference, which dealt with the importance of government-level measures related to sustainable municipal water management. In his presentation he focused on maintaining and developing the value of the water supply, the purification and transportation infrastructure and the human capital ensuring its operation, with special regard to the asset management and the valuation of water utility assets.

A virtual exhibition on the sustainable use of water resources and green development was opened in parallel to the exhibition. HWP’s virtual booth provided an excellent opportunity to present the Hungarian water industry's capabilities and further strengthened the brand „HWP” worldwide.
