The project included the detailed evaluation of the present status of the wastewater sludge management in Hungary (Baseline Study), the setting of measurable targets (Strategic targets), the determination of areas and tools of measures (Strategic tools), the personal, professional, physical, financial and organisational conditions of the necessary measures, the implementation program and monitoring of the strategy and the principles of evaluation.
