The project aims to achieve a cost-effective, economically feasible, well-functioning, environmental, energy and financially efficient wastewater treatment and to preapre the feasibility study of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) in Vientiane. The wastewater treatment plant must be able to clean the appropriate standards according to the relevant standard. The feasibility study examines the applicability of different cleaning alternatives. Capacity: new 20.000 m3/d WWTP
