On December 2, the President of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited the HWP booth at the Planet Budapest 2021 Sustainability Expo. Dr. László Parragh was received by Co-Chair Róbert Forintos who informed the guest about the results of the export promotion activities carried out in support of the member companies so far.

It has been said during the discussion that the water sector is strongly supported by the government as well in order to utilize the world-class knowledge of Hungarian water professionals abroad.

At the booth Mr Forintos and Mr Parragh signed a cooperation agreement between HCCI and HWP. The document sets out among others the process of strategic consultations, the handling of foreign requests and cooperation on international level.

Through the agreement signed with the HCCI, HWP has further expanded its domestic partner network, which has so far included the Hungarian Water Association, the Hungarian Export Promotion Agency, Central European Economic Devlopment Network and EXIM.

After the signing, Dr. László Parragh visited the stands of the HWP member companies where he was informed about the water industry solutions and products provided.
