In the framework of the Educational Partnership Program of our member company, Pureco Kft., the Ghanaian Child Sanitation Diplomat visited Hungary between June 4-12. The 13-year-old Maame Akua Ohenewaa Gyimah travelled to Hungary in the company of her mother (educational specialist), a representative of Pureco's local business partner's foundation for children's hygiene education and a sustainability activist. The delegation was hosted by Pureco Kft. but HWP also got involved in the organization of the program. HWP organized meetings with two of our strategic partners dealing with sustainability perspective formation, the Center for Sustainable Communities and PontVelem Np. Kft. The delegation visited the House of Children School where they could hold a discussion with the students and Ms. Katalin Czippán - environmental, sustainability expert, Chair of the UNESCO Hungarian National Commission for Education. On their free day, we took the delegation on a sightseeing tour in Budapest.
